How to add an extension in Google Chrome

There are many internet browser available in the internet and you can get it for free. As I've mention before in my previous post, my favorite internet browser is Opera and Mozilla Firefox. However, since a few month ago, I try to use another browser which is called Google Chrome, the internet browser that is develop by Google. It is safe, fastest, and stable browser that is totally different from the Opera and Mozilla. It is simple and easy to use. It also can be customize by adding some extension just like the add-on feature in Opera and Mozilla has.

To add any extension for Google Chrome, just open your Google Chrome browser and you can find the setting button which is at the top-right below the "close" button windows. Choose the "Extensions" link.

Then, a new page will be appear. Click at the "browse the gallery" link.

Then, the next page will appear and you can choose your extension. Lastly, click the "install" button and restart your Google Chrome browser. Good Luck.

Desktop casing is made from cardboard?

Have you ever imagine if your Desktop casing is made from cardboard? Is it possible? YES, it is. You can see the picture below.

The fully functional PC houses all off-the-shelf components, including an Intel Core 2 Duo CPU, and 2GB of RAM. The designer, Brenden Macaluso, also mentioned that there's been some concern over the safety of using cardboard -- but his reasoning with regards to the materials is that cardboard is more heat-resistant than many plastics, with a much higher fire and ignition point -- 258°C and 427°C, respectively -- where plastics begin to melt at about 120°C. The designer also stressed that the material that Recompute is made out is just one facet of its sustainability: just as important in this design is the idea that less time, labor and parts go into the production of the unit, and that there will ultimately be far less to dispose of when the computer has reached the end of its life cycle.

Maybe this is one of the green technology innovation for our future desktop. I wonder when will be this thing will sell in PC fair.. Hmmm..

Hidden function in your sony ericsson (The best way to check any sony ericsson mobile phone)

I've bought Sony Ericsson W660i last year. It has been near one year I have been using this phone. This is the best choice of hand phone that available at that time. With RM 450.00, you can get a 3g phone, 2.0 Megapixel camera, Quality audio(It is sony walkman), Mp3 and 512 Mb memory stick. It was the last year price. With 3g function, I also can use the Google maps function in my phone (I'm going to review it next time).

Last few days, I've discovered the hidden function in my sony ericsson. This function is also applicable with other sony ericsson model. This is the 7 step to see the hidden function in your sony ericsson:

1) Right
2) *
3) Left
4) Left
5) *
6) Left
7) *

After you have complete the step, the hidden function will appear. You will see 4 hidden function which is:
1) Service Info (model info, software info, sim lock, configuration)
2) Service Setting (USB charging function)
3) Service Tests (main display, LED/illumination, keyboard, speaker, earphone, microphone, vibrator, camera, video call camera, memory stick, fm radio, real time clock, total call time, security)
4) Text Labels

The 3rd function which is Service Test function enable you to check your sony ericsson mobile phone if there is any problem with it especially before you want to buy the 2nd hand mobile phone. This Youtube can explain to you clearly the steps.

I love Sony Ericsson.

Opera 10 with turbo

The new Opera 10.0 with turbo is available now. Opera Turbo uses compression technology that provides significant improvements in browsing speeds over limited-bandwidth connections, for example, when using a crowded Wi-Fi in a cafe or browsing through your mobile phone while commuting.

You can enable the turbo function by clicking on the icon at the bottom left on the Opera Browser. From what I experienced after using the turbo function, it is more faster surfing using it but the image quality that you get when you used the turbo function is reduced. For fast surfing experience, I recommended using Opera 10.0 with turbo function.

I also state in my previous post that opera has no private session function just like Firefox. Actually, Opera also has a similar function just like that. The function is "Delete Private Data".

In Firefox, you have to click the "private session" function you begin the private session where Firefox will not remember your username and password. On the other hand, you can delete your username and password information after private session by clicking on the "Delete private data" on Opera.

For the information on the other features in Opera, you can visit this page: http://www.opera.com/browser/features/

Try and Check it out...
